NestAbode (Stevie Crawford, Broker, RIGHT AT HOME REALTY INC.) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used, and your rights under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and the Ontario Real Estate and Business Brokers Act.
What we collect
- Lead capture forms: name, email, phone number, message content. Submitted only when you choose to contact us.
- Home valuation requests: property address, type, size, and features you enter. We use this to prepare a comparative market analysis.
- Site analytics: aggregate, de-identified usage data via Google Analytics 4, configured for privacy — IP addresses are anonymized, Google Consent Mode v2 is enabled, and advertising and remarketing signals are switched off. We use this only to understand how the site is used and to improve it, never to identify you or to advertise to you.
- MLS listing data: shown via TRREB IDX feed. Listing details are owned and controlled by The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and used here under license.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry or send the information you requested (e.g., a home valuation report, listing shortlist).
- To follow up on your real-estate goals, only if you’ve asked us to.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies + third-party services
This site uses standard browser cookies for session state and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement (with IP anonymization and advertising features disabled). You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by declining analytics cookies where prompted. TRREB and CREA branding plus IDX listing data are served through their CDN; their privacy practices are governed independently.
Your rights under PIPEDA
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Lead inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact. Brokerage-record-keeping requirements under the Ontario REBBA may require longer retention for completed transactions, per regulator guidance.

MLS® listing data, registration & PropTx / TRREB
The property listing information on this site is provided under licence from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) through its data-syndication platform, PropTx. To access certain listing information, you may be asked to register for an account. When you register, we collect your name, a valid email address (which we verify), a username and password, and we keep a record of your access to the site.
By registering and using the listing information, you acknowledge and consent that:
- the listing information is for your personal, non-commercial use as a consumer with a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate, and not for any commercial purpose;
- your access may be monitored and audited, and an access record (audit trail) is maintained, to confirm compliance with the MLS® Rules and Policies (including the Virtual Office Website Rules);
- your personal information — including your name, email address, username, and access records — may be shared with PropTx and TRREB for the purposes of auditing and/or legal compliance, and that PropTx, TRREB, and their authorized representatives may access this site to verify compliance and monitor the display of listings;
- we retain your registration and access records for at least as long as required by the MLS® Rules and Policies and applicable law.
We handle all of this personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and our obligations under Ontario real-estate legislation. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use the listing data or your information for any purpose other than providing real-estate services to you.
You may ask us to access, correct, or remove your personal information at any time by contacting us, and we will respond as required by law. Where you ask us to remove your personal information that appears in a listing, we will comply, advise PropTx, and the listing will be set to “do not display” on the PropTx MLS® System.
